Using The Website

How can I pay? / What are the payment methods?

Credit/Debit/Laser Cards: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Irish Debit and Laser Cards and American Express. We accept payments using international credit cards. Unfortunately at present we cannot accept international debit cards (e.g. Switch in UK).

PayPal: You may also pay via your PayPal account.

Cheque: You may also send a cheque, bank draft, postal order or make a bank transfer. Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment and we should be contact prior to sending to ensure your item is ready to ship.


I am ordering from abroad. Do I pay VAT or tax on my items?

Valued Added Tax (VAT) is an Irish government tax applied to goods and services. There are three primary VAT rates within Ireland: 23% (Standard), 13.5% (Reduced) and 0% (Zero).

Whether VAT is charged is dependent on the orders's destination (the recipient's location). The below table provides a summary:

Can I cancel or return an unwanted order?

Yes, as per our Terms & Conditions, you can return your item to us as long as the goods are in perfect condition and the packaging remains in an 'as new' state. Prior to returning the item, please contact us to recieve a Product Return Code to ensure the item is accurately tracked. To recieve a PRC, contact us. Perhisable goods and customised goods made according to custom specifications may not be returned. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. Will my Recipient know the value of the order I am sending?

No. Along with your order, we include a Packing Slip and a Greeting Card with your personal message (is requested). No details are sent which lists the value of the order you have purchased. Instead this is automatically emailed to you when you place your order.

Will my Recipient know who the order is from?

Yes. The Packing Slip automatically includes the customer's full name, address and contact details. If sending to a recipient, we also reccommend that you complete the Greeting field when placing an order.


Shipping and Delivery

Where do we ship to?

We ship within Ireland and worldwide. The possible destinations are based on the item itself so see the product's description page.

What are the shipping rates?

Our shipping rates are published in in the Shipping Information section. You can also get a shipping quote on any Product's Description page.

What shipping carrier will be used?

We have partnered with An Post's ExpressCourier service, Fastway Couriers, Federal Express and other local couriers to offer flexible delivery options. The available shipping options for the chosen destination will be presented during checkout.

How long does shipping take?

This is dependent on the destination. Please see the product's description page for typical arrival times.

Ecommerce and Security

Are my credit cards details secure?

Yes, we use Realex Payments (Ireland's largest online payments Company) to process your credit card details during checkout in real-time. All data transmitted is encrypted via a secure server (SSL) and we do not store your card details. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your other information once it is in our records. Passwords are not accessible via our customer service team, so if you have forgotten your password, simply go to the login page and click on the 'Password forgotten? Click here' link.
